Who we are

PEF stands for human resource development and career advancement with the intention to challenge and encourage people. The PEF-group consists of two business segments: PEF Privatuniversität für Management and PEF Consulting, a consultancy and success factory of a special kind, from whose experience our clients benefit.

Mag. Andrea Koblmüller, Managing Director of PEF, regards her Private University as a small, nice educational institution with an even family-like atmosphere which strives towards extra occupational knowledge transfer in “a human dimension”. As an independent Private University and creative hotbed for executives, managers and entrepreneurs. PEF Privatuniversität für Management is only indebted to its customers, i.e. its students and alumni.

Our professors and lecturers rank among the best in their field. Besides academic skills in research and teaching they have to bring in work experience. The quality of PEF Privatuniversität für Management is confirmed through accreditation by the Austrian Accreditation Council and the FIBAA.
